WARRANTY POLICY

WARRANTY


Millennium lighting products carry a 2 year warranty from date of purchase. Depending on the warranty claim we may not require the item to be returned to us however we will need photos/videos of the product to properly diagnose.


If we require for the item to be returned, then the shipping cost will be at the expense of the buyer. Millennium lighting will cover the shipping fee for the replacement product within 2 years of the purchase date.


If you are local, you are welcome to come down to the workshop where we can replace it on the spot if the product is in stock. Please call/message ahead of time so we are able to check for you.


Millennium lighting will not cover shipping costs for replacement products sent internationally.


What won’t be covered under warranty?

  • Damage caused by improper installation or improper use
  • Any modifications or tampering

What happens if my product is no longer available?

  • Should the defective product be discontinued, we will replace it with a comparable replacement in value and performance.
