Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned item must be in its original, brand-new condition, with the buyer covering return postage costs. No returns are accepted for final sale items unless they are deemed defective. In the case of a defective or incorrect item, a replacement will be sent.
For change of mind returns, a refund will be issued once the item is returned. The 30-day return policy starts upon item receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been fitted, must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted and non-defective, you are responsible for return shipping. You may also visit us in store and we are happy to offer you a refund of exchange. If it is deemed defective, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon reception for evaluation and resolution. Certain items, such as final sale items and gift cards, are non-returnable.
Exchanges are facilitated by returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the desired item. Refunds are processed upon receiving and inspecting the return, with a notification regarding approval and refund status.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method or gift card. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
