Limitation of Liability on Repair Attempts – Where the customer requests TML to inspect, repair, rectify, or rewire an installation originally performed by another party, and TML's repair attempt does not resolve the fault or results in continued or new malfunction, TML shall not be held liable for the outcome. This includes (but is not limited to) faults arising from the condition, quality, or method of the original installation, hidden or pre-existing damage, or the inherent unpredictability of diagnosing and modifying undocumented third-party wiring work. The customer acknowledges that attempting repair on pre-existing third-party work carries inherent risk of an unsuccessful outcome, and engagement of TML's services under these circumstances constitutes acceptance of this risk.
TML will use reasonable skill and care in diagnosing and attempting repairs but cannot guarantee a successful outcome where the root cause stems from prior workmanship outside TML's control.
