All orders are processed and shipped from our Melbourne workshop. We do not process or ship on weekends or public holidays. In-store pickup Pickup cannot be chosen at checkout. If you would like to collect an order from our workshop, contact us before you order. Shipping costs Orders of $99.99 or more ship free within Australia. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode. International orders Our online checkout delivers to Australian addresses only. For an order going overseas, contact us before you order. Tracking When your order ships we email you the tracking number. Faulty, wrong or missing items If your product arrives faulty or incorrect, or an item is missing, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
