EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our first priority at MILLENNIUM LIGHTING. If your item is faulty (manufacturing fault) upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or refund to the original payment method. Please contact sales@themillenniumlighting for these returns.
If it isn't quite right for you, the item can be returned to the original payment method, or for an exchange or store credit with no expiry date. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
Please note: if items are not sent back in the same condition they were sent out, there will be a 30% reduction in store credit for the item as a handling fee. (Eg: If your returns show incorrect signs of use). Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days upon arrival at MILLENNIUM LIGHTING HQ. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
